1. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our standard MOQ is 50-100 pieces per model. For some stock items, we can accept smaller sample orders. Contact us for details.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T Bank Transfer, PayPal for sample orders, Western Union, MoneyGram, and irrevocable L/C at sight for large orders.

3. How long does shipping take?

Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) takes 3-7 business days. Standard air freight takes 7-15 days. Sea freight takes 20-45 days depending on destination.

4. Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes! We offer OEM (branding, packaging) and ODM (custom product design) services. Typical MOQ for customization is 500-1000 units depending on the product.

5. What is your warranty policy?

All products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. We offer hassle-free replacement or refund for confirmed defective items.
